_____ Ask if they charge more for fresh flowers
_____ Is there an extra charge for cake stands
_____ Ask about their deposit policy (cake, cake stands, decor etc.)
_____ Book the appointment for your cake tasting usually a month ahead of time
_____ How long have they been in business
_____ Ask to see their portfolio of all of the different wedding cakes they have done
_____ Ask about the different prices and types of the icing, decorations for the cake and fillings
_____ Make sure you know the exact cost including delivery and set up

Just make sure when choosing your baker to do your cake you get everything in writing that you feel might be critical to the planning of your wedding.
